Keyboard Shortcut for Publish

Would you be okay to add a keyboard shortcut for "cmd-shift-s" to immediately publish?

When you're on a document, cmd-shift-s should immediately publish.

To indicate this to the user, add small grey text at the bottom of the publish popover that says "Cmd + Shift + S to Publish"
