As a Site Owner, I want to access my member emails. (future user story)

Once you become a member it is hard to understand what are the interactions the member can do.

As a Member, I want to see my notifications on the web.

Once you join or sign in:

The subscribe button disappears, and the bottom menu shows up with the Profile Avatar and the notifications icon. Notifications are filtered to the Site Notifications. We focused on target comments for now.

Manage Notifications opens in the vault in Account Settings.

Remove the subscribe button for members.
