We are onboarding a new designer while we work on existing projects. It will be hard to continue implementing our new design methodologies and to stay focused on executing the current projects while onboarding Bea. Let's hang loose at this meeting.

Researching the App structure. Help Bea understand how everything works!
Focus on the new parts of the latest design that are more settled, and aim for pixel-perfect designs—for example, the accessory panel under the document title.
