Listening is the cutting edge skill of our Humanity

Universally, Humanity, has the same needs.
Conflict only exists at the level of strategy
(the action or approach we take to meet needs).
Without making this distinction we may
relate to our strategies as if they were our needs,
and then when strategies inevitably conflict,
others will occur for us as if they are enemies.

My Proposal

I propose a new kind of digital structure for publishing and
communicating where people get the limitations of their
speaking, and so get interested in developing their listening
