Reading problem: threaded conversations are hard to follow

Give always context to comment reply / thread chronology Today is not giving context or the hierarchy of discussion. Thread is mixed up with no clear chronology. Mainly when I come from notifications. Example: this comes from a comment a made to Horacio and I have no context. In this one Hierarchy should be: In this one I have no context of where this reply comes from, I should see my comment first which Eric is replying too. And, I would love that when I am reading a comment from a text, text block... when I click it goes to content then I can see the context of the comment. Example here, I click the paragraph it goes to content where this belongs. Is this happening already?

As a user I want to add a comment to a Document I didn't publish yet so that I can mention my colleagues to participate in Basically here we said to pushed a toast notifications with a copy saying: "Publish first to leave comments on this document."
