Moving Documents Interesting Scenario

While implementing the new Move Dialog UX, I got an interesting clarifying question from my Coding Agent: The Context is the next: Because the system knows the current user have Write access to Both Sites but with different accounts, should we let the user do this? or should we Limit moves to Accounts that have Writing capabilities to both the source and the target paths?
