We keep activity tabs where they are but update a bit the design to make it stand out a bit more.
Delete the content tab option (document is always there).
Attributes tab can stay here for now, but we will explore other options on its US.

A tooltip to leave a comment on any part of the document text. This will disappear after user added the first comment.
