Registry snapshot generation procedure
Repeatable generation procedure for four static embedded-object registry snapshots; not a live query or registry record.

Static snapshot caveat

These are static, read-only-by-convention indexes, not automatic/live registries. No trigger, subscription, scheduler or update process is installed. Canonical map edits do not update these tables. Map links open the owning map; the printed source version identifies the exact version indexed, which may differ from the current map. Resolve each item by owning map + local ID, never by name, row number or an invented block fragment. The canonical map metadata remains authoritative.

Outputs

    Actors: 27.

    Goals: 40.

All four registry documents bind metadata.attributesSchema to Computed Registry. This procedure is documentation, not a fifth single-kind registry, so it intentionally has no registry binding.

Repeatable generation

Read the seven canonical maps below in the listed order. Capture each read result's exact version, not its migration provenance sourceVersion. Work only from metadata.actors, metadata.goals, metadata.activities and metadata.userTasks.

For each map and kind, iterate actorOrder, goalOrder, activityOrder or userTaskOrder, respectively. Emit each existing local ID once in array order. Append any collection keys not listed in that array in ascending lexical order. Report missing order references or repeated IDs rather than creating records. This snapshot has no appended keys or missing order references.

Emit only index fields: stable local ID, source name, status and relationship context (goal actorIds; activity goalIds; task activityId and actorIds). Do not copy descriptions, acceptance criteria or other authoritative record data. Preserve source names, even malformed labels; do not derive actors from story prose or infer absent relationships. Distinguish absent fields from explicit empty arrays.

Group rows by owning map, with a map link, exact source version and count in each section. These section values apply to every row beneath them. Include zero-count sections and a total count. Actor parent context is its owning map; all relationship IDs resolve within that map. Do not merge equal names across maps. Include archived records if present; no status filtering. All 161 indexed records in this snapshot are active; source maps themselves have status review, not active.

Publish/update only the four named children of registries, with status=active, owner equal to the Develop Seed account HM URL, sourceCollection equal to the canonical maps collection HM URL, resolveRule=map+localId, and embeddedKind actor, goal, user-activity or user-task respectively. Bind attributesSchema to the Computed Registry schema; the native schema binding identifies the type. Use signer publicKey z6MkhgQbfWS2PAxNHTFuCrKvqymnNizhvrzzLuc1ukVx7myy while authorized. For refreshes first read existing documents and preserve retained block/table/column/row identity comments.

Read back all four registry documents and this procedure. Verify registry schema binding, required fields, empty missing/violations lists, counts, ordering and source-version annotations. The procedure is intentionally untyped; check its metadata and contents, not registry conformance. A publication receipt alone is not readback. Report any failed reads or schema violations; do not call an unverified refresh complete.

To refresh, rerun these steps explicitly and replace snapshots only within registries. Record the newly observed source versions. Never modify original design/stories, canonical maps, parent/root documents or indexes as part of registry generation. Sequential reads constitute a version vector, not a transactional snapshot of all maps at one instant.

Preserved source caveats

Some actor names are malformed/truncated in canonical metadata; copied verbatim rather than silently repaired. All activity goalIds arrays are empty. Several task actorIds are absent or empty, and Agents task ut-0d80fa18048c5c64 has no activityId. These are source facts, not generation failures. Schema conformance validates registry metadata, not the accuracy of every index row or completeness of canonical relationships.
