Source decision 0044 — ⚠️ As an admin creating a new site I want to define my homepage
Original source · exact version bafyreihyjd36iikljcha3xfkvmblcxkoho4rwnr2abqy3l6gvlpm6js2s4 · Read-derived block
Classification: story; source kind: story; decision: approve; confidence: medium; review status: needs-review.
Rationale: The explicit actor/action/outcome is a standalone homepage story, but its body is an early design idea rather than delivery work. It overlaps the older create-site homepage landing/empty-state concept only partially: member orientation is distinct from the creator’s post-creation onboarding. The current create-site snapshot explicitly asks for onboarding iteration and does not establish these homepage mechanics.
Review qualification: Uncertain identity/behavior/duplication remains a separate candidate; do not merge without review.
Canonical target (to be published after manifest): Proposed canonical target
