Source decision 0029 — ✅ As a new user, I want to create my identity with my own identity server

    Original source · exact version bafyreibk5ncgtswew4vgk64vsnkzf36alsb4nlh23evkcodml6nhui2e6u · Read-derived block

Classification: skip; source kind: reference-only; decision: reject; confidence: medium; review status: needs-review.

Rationale: Classified as reference-only design evidence with story intent in metadata, rather than a behavior-complete story. The stale URL says own domain, but current name/summary say own identity server; no server configuration or domain behavior can be recovered from the body text.

Review qualification: Uncertain identity/behavior/duplication remains a separate candidate; do not merge without review.
