Phase 1–6 independent implementation audit
Run 2026-10-30. Implemented as typed Seed documents and generated navigation, not a finished interactive story-mapping application. Project brief, migration manifest, source inventory, registries procedure.
Evidence by phase
Foundation: ontology, workspace, and hierarchy exist. Original /design/stories sources have not drifted from saved snapshots. Native embedded-object editing and actual writer-capability workflow remain untested.
Schema contract: ten v1 type documents and CID schemas published. On live reads, 154/154 indexed canonical documents bind their expected types with no Seed-reported missing fields or violations. This is advisory schema validation, not proof of semantic correctness or editor behavior.
Manifest: 83/83 source decisions and manifest metadata references, plus 83/83 manifest hyperlinks, verified; 64 classifications still need review. Source inventory backlinks now include 70/70 relevant map/story/delivery counterparts after adding the missing US-5.1 link, and all 83/83 source URLs.
Computed registries: four explicitly schema-bound static snapshots index 27 actors, 40 goals, 21 activities, 73 user tasks (161 total) by owning map + local ID. Snapshot generation is documented; these are not live auto-updating queries. Per-row registry body fidelity and automatic refresh were not independently verified.
Canonical migration: 1 portfolio, 7 maps, 58 stories and 5 delivery items are independently addressable; 0 releases because no supported release commitment was found. Seven maps' ordering lists, local-ID membership and map/story references were checked; 5/5 delivery-to-story references resolve. No committed allocations exist, so the at-most-one check holds only vacuously; allocation lifecycle/reciprocity is untested.
Provenance and non-destructive migration: 154 provenance objects present. 139 sourceBlockIds and 6 context-encoded block IDs were matched against saved source snapshots; 9 other localContext locations lack semantic verification. All 83 original story documents and the project source have current live versions identical to saved snapshots; this does not establish uninterrupted edit history or edit attribution. Exact historical-version CID readback was not separately performed.
Repair and remaining blockers
The initial independent audit found US-5.1 missing from the generated source inventory although US-5.2 was linked. A backlink was appended to the new inventory only and verified at version bafyreihefyrqm7flj7ejgx4mhzmocz4pqmmu3woip4hr26kealza2fozyi; all 590/590 prior live inventory block IDs survived that append. Original source records were not edited.
64 pending classification/review flags and uncertain duplicate candidates still require human decisions; publication is not approval.
No evidenced Release Slices or committed allocations. Do not infer or invent them.
No phase-7 HTML prototype or durable visual tool was requested or delivered; native embedded editing, real multi-writer permissions, release assignment workflows and rendered interaction/sync are untested.
Prior repair report says 173/507 generated inventory block IDs changed versus an earlier baseline; independent comparison found 507/507 draft IDs present in the then-current inventory, so baselines differ. Without the pre-edit live block graph the historical 173/507 result cannot independently be confirmed or refuted. Latest append preserved all 590 previously live IDs.
Nine localContext-only provenance locations, semantic source-faithfulness, external linked media/records and registry rows remain unverified. Current-version equality alone cannot prove source edit history.
Disposition: Phase 1–6 document artifacts and migration coverage substantially exist; full completion criteria involving review approval, true dynamic registry regeneration, native editing, release lifecycle and multi-user use are not met or untested. No claim of production-ready story mapping.
