Sometimes the block tools show up when you hover over the super number, So you are trying to see what are the comments about this block and you click but you wind up copying the block link

Sometimes the block tools don't show up and you see 'connections' panel appear after clicking on the super number. But you can't see the comment that is citing this block!

If you click on the comment icon in the block tools, all the doc comments seem to appear, not just the comments who target that block.
