Enhancement Notes
The current product has dozens of known minor issues that have remained unresolved for months due to weak methodological execution. We receive constant user feedback — our North Star and our anchor to reality — and to improve user outcomes and satisfaction, we need an efficient process that channels collective thinking and structured argumentation into fast, reliable task execution. Enhancement Notes will serve as the decision-making funnel for system improvements, and the expectation is to handle them with the same speed as bugs. Cibercultura
Fatima, a student from UCM, had to update a document in cibercultura site. She started commenting with a Web Key. I gave her Writing permissions to that WebKey (in a painful process that I described two weeks ago). Now, she downloaded the app (she need the app to compose documents!), but she didn't linked her two identities! She create a new identity and tried to publish her document to cibercultura but of course she didn't have permissions! so she published it to her own Site and then added a comment with a link to the document on the proper cibercultura location.
When I have a draft open and i open the same document draft in another window, should i have the same draft state?

I want to see the content of the mention on the email notification. why we do it for replies and not for mentions?

Inconsistent panel navigation, no panel tabs on web. Difficult to open some panels such as directory + navigation
Mobile web navigation issues. You can get easily stuck on profile page. Mostly this is a bug, but we should come with a more cohesive design where app+document+site concerns are more organized
