When uses click on the subscribe button at the top corner of the navigation bar it will open the pop up to create subscribe with an email and create an account.

Users will now be able to subscribe to a site on WEB to get notifications.
This would mean that every site would have a subscribe button.

This will be the pop up when asking users if they want to get email notifications. The specific email setting will only be accessible form the notifications setting section.
