We want to address some of our goals:
Improve transparency with the community, and sustain excitement!
Lower the time spent during the "demos" of HyperTuesday meetings.
Provide async status updates of our work throughout the week.
So, the team has decided to start posting regular Team Updates here.
Everyone on the team is expected to create a new update document at least once per week, before HyperTuesday.
Multiple update documents are also fine, if you make progress on more than one project/initiative.
Posts should contain videos, images, and code snippets to show what we have completed (not just talk about it!).
Each post should be short and sweet. All of your posts from the week should be less than 10 minutes to watch or review.
Your post(s) from the last week will be reviewed at the start of every HyperTuesday meeting, leaving us more time to plan the next week of work.
We may also create HyperTuesday documents which embed all of our updates from the week.
