As in Notion, the Block Selection should have the same color as the Text Selection.

Bug: Block selection and range fragment overlap

Right now, there is no Selection step when selecting blocks. Select Block by clicking and hovering the blocks, the same way Text Selection works. The click should start outside the block, compared with the Text Selection, where you start the clicking inside the text.
