We need to use the product more to get a feel for how our user's will experience it.

The proposal is simple: switch from Linear to Seed for our Project Documents!

We have tried it before, but we have made huge progress on the product since then.

Also this will help increase transparency with our community, which is very exciting for all of us- and helps ensure that our work and plans are visible to the people who care about SHM.

It might be painful at first but I'm confident that it will pay off in a big way.

The biggest problem is that we don't have very good visibility about content changes in SHM. We have email notifications that are mostly focused on commenting updates. Of course we want to fix email notifs, but one hackathon-sized project would be a discord bot that notifies us when somebody makes any update or comment on our 3 main groups:
