Gabo H Beaumont suggested a change to do in the People panel on Home documents to no only show the collaborators for the home document, but all collaborators in the whole site.

Currently if I want to do this, I need to call ListCapabilities for every document in the site and it's obvious this is not the best solution. So having a special API to get all collaborators Site-wide would be needed.

This change is combined with showing all comments Site-wide in the Comment panel, but we can do this already using the Activity API.
