Not sure if you saw the new X feature, but I found interesting the way they do the onboarding for it. very opaque and "simple"

The important thing I want to point out here is the fact that the first screen does not mention anything about keys, but then they ask you for a passkey to "secures your messages".

Maybe this is the only thing users really need to understand?
