    Lets discuss this. We can still rename ChangeResource and SnapshotResource if we want to. But these concepts are already permanent.

      Resource

        A Resource is a mutable object that is made from immutable data.

        Resource Types

        Address

          Each Resource is addressed with Hypermedia URLs and will include the "owner" account as part of the URL.

          A resource has an Account ID string, and will either have a human-readable path, or a TSID.

          hm://[ACCOUNT_ID]/human/readable-path
hm://[ACCOUNT_ID]/[TSID]
