A Resource is a mutable object that is made from immutable data.
Each Resource is addressed with Hypermedia URLs and will include the "owner" account as part of the URL.
A resource has an Account ID string, and will either have a human-readable path, or a TSID.

hm://[ACCOUNT_ID]/[TSID]
